Monday Memo Week of January 19th

Essential Information

"Never be afraid to do what is right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake.  Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way."

-Martin Luther King

Welcome to winter everyone!  Hope you had a wonderful weekend and took the time to reflect on the holiday and meaning behind it.  If I am not in my office this week and not in classrooms, you may find me in Dr. Roberts' office with the balmy 78 degree space heater ;)

-  We will not have a department chair meeting on Monday January 25th.  Department chairs will meet with us on Monday February 22nd and again in March to discuss budget and 16-17 school year.

-  Our building Common Time Team will meet on Monday Jan. 25th at 3:30.
This group will serve as facilitators of this work to solicit and organize staff and student development of this period.

- I have a Dr. appt this morning at 7:15 and this afternoon at 1:00 so I will be taking a half day this afternoon at 12:30-12:45.  I am still available if you need anything

Good to Know
